I graduated from North Scott High School in 1986 and went on to attend St. Ambrose University, where I earned my degree in 1991. On April 25, 1998, I married Brandi Schneckloth, and we have been blessed with three wonderful daughters: Peyton, Alli, and Sophi.
From 1993 to 1999, I founded and operated GT Sports, a customized apparel company in Eldridge, Iowa. However, in November 1999, I transitioned into full-time ministry with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). Since then, I have had the privilege of serving as the Area Director for Mississippi Valley FCA in Iowa, dedicated to engaging and equipping coaches and athletes to live out their faith through sports.
My family and I are active members of North Ridge Community Church, where I serve as an elder and am also part of the preaching team. In addition to our involvement in the church, we are avid skiers and love spending time on the slopes together. I have been a professional ski instructor for over 30 years at Chestnut Mountain Resort in Galena, Illinois, where I continue to share my passion for skiing.
Through both ministry and recreation, I am deeply committed to serving others and fostering community. My journey, from business owner to FCA leader, has been an incredible blessing, and I am grateful for the opportunity to impact lives for Christ.
